Benji, 5yrs, Walsall

Benji is a handsome 5 year old boy at RSPCA Walsall. Benji is a lovely confident, friendly bunny who will happily come bouncing over to see what is going on. Benji is approximately 5-6years old, he is still not looking his best however given time, he will loose his stained fur.

Wilf, 7yrs, Altrincham

Wilf is a 7 year old boy at RSPCA Altrincham. Wilf came into our care along with several other rabbits, he has spent most of his life living a small hutch in a dark shed with no access to a run. All the bunnies were fed a completely unsuitable muesli style food and very little hay, as a result of the poor diet Wilf has needed a dental, unfortunately he isn't the best at eating hay so he will need regular dental checks in the future.

Baloo & Willow, 7 & 4yrs, Walsall

Balooo and Willow are 7 and 4 year old pair at RSPCA Walsall. Baloo and Willow were adopted from our care a number of years ago and have recently been returned due to a change in their owners circumstances. Baloo and Willow are an incredibly friendly pair of bunnies, they will happily come bouncing over to you for a fuss. Baloo and Willow have always lived as house rabbits, therefore we would love for them to go to a new home as free range house bunnies, a puppy pen would make an ideal enclosure indoors for them. We would consider letting them go to a shed/run set up. Willow and Baloo are very close, and literally follow each other everywhere.

Tinkerbell is an 8 year old girl at Wood Green Animal Shelters. She is a very inquisitive rabbit who like to come up to see what you are doing and will let you stroke her head. Tinkerbell has long hair so will need a family that can spend time grooming her.

Babbit, 5yrs, Manchester

Babbit is a 5 year old boy at the Society for Abandoned Animals. He has always been an indoor bunny and whilst at the sanctuary he has been a very quiet lad so should be no trouble. Unfortunately he does have some health issues so he will probably need long term painkillers but is a good lad and not difficult to medicate. He will need an owner who can dedicate time to extra grooming as he does struggle to keep myself clean.

Honey is a 5 year old girl at National Animal Welfare Trust. I am quite an independent lady who will charge straight up to you, making sure you know who’s boss! I will happily hop around whilst you’re cleaning my hutch but when it comes to handling; I am a little bit more aloof and you will have to pry me out of my hiding spot. Someone who has the time and patience to handle and groom me on a regular basis is important, I am sure that with some sensible handling and confidence building, we will be best of friends in no time.

Which I think is a bit rude but I will be honest, I previously got a bullied by another male rabbit over food, so I am quite skinny. So I think it would be fairer to say I am just enjoying eating in peace and cashing in!

But once you’ve got me, I will happily stay for a stroke and a little bit of pampering. Lucy and Nibbles are a pair at National Animal Welfare Trust. Hello, my name is Lucy and I am 2 years old. I was really lonely here at the centre so the kind staff recently paired me with my handsome new friend Nibbles who is 6 years old. I am really happy as he shares my love of carrots and I just love watching him play with all our toys. I am a sweet rabbit who enjoys being stroked but I can be a little wary of being picked up but Nibbles is teaching me that cuddles are not all that bad as he loves them. We are looking for a home with adults for families who have children aged 5 and over. We can live inside or outside and would love to have access to a large run so that we can play in the grass.

Millie is a 7 year old girl at RSPCA Middlesex North West. Millie is a lovely old lady looking for a peaceful retirement home for the rest of her years. Sadly, she was given up last year, as her elderly owner was unable to cope with her day-to-day care any longer. Since then Millie did find a loving home with a male rabbit whom we hoped she would bond, but sadly after months of trying to get the pair together, her new owners had to admit defeat and Millie was returned to us.

Mo & Jessie, 5 & 4yrs, Macclesfield

Mo and Jessie are a 5 and 4 year old pair at RSPCA Macclesfield. Jessie originally came into our care via Greater Manchester Animal Hospital back in 2013. She was bonded and adopted with Mo. The owners have returned Jessie along with Mo because since having children they don’t have the time for them so haven’t had much in the way of attention for a long time. They are neutered and microchipped and have started vaccinations. Jess used to be happy being picked up and fussed when she was originally with us but now she’s described as timid and will hide if at all possible. Mo is more friendly and will allow you to pick him up and cuddle him and he is very inquisitive, so their new owner will have the best of both worlds! Due to Jessie’s timid nature a young child free home is best.
