Mo and Jessie are a 5 and 4 year old pair at RSPCA Macclesfield. Jessie originally came into our care via Greater Manchester Animal Hospital back in 2013. She was bonded and adopted with Mo. The owners have returned Jessie along with Mo because since having children they don’t have the time for them so haven’t had much in the way of attention for a long time. They are neutered and microchipped and have started vaccinations. Jess used to be happy being picked up and fussed when she was originally with us but now she’s described as timid and will hide if at all possible. Mo is more friendly and will allow you to pick him up and cuddle him and he is very inquisitive, so their new owner will have the best of both worlds! Due to Jessie’s timid nature a young child free home is best.

Lily & Larry, 5yrs, Macclesfield
Lily and Larry are a pair of 5 year old rabbits at RSPCA Macclesfield. We are seeking a retirement home for these two fabulous oldie bunnies, Lily and Larry. Both of them have suffered with their health, and were even booked in a few months ago to be pts – but then turned a corner on the morning of the appointment and have made amazing progress ever since! We love them both to pieces and if someone does find it in their hearts to adopt them, they will be rewarded tenfold as they are the most incredible pair. They are now off meds completely and are ‘well’, but they aren’t bouncy fighting fit young buns and wouldn’t be suitable first time bunnies. Lily is blind which she has struggled with, but has finally got to grips with it (After trying several set-ups, etc to find what worked for them!) and is very responsive to a high pitched voice – she loves to be spoken to. Due to the nature of their various ailments and likes/dislikes, they do require a specific set up and a strictly followed diet to keep them well, and more importantly happy.

Violet, 8yrs, Macclesfield
Violet is an 8 year old doe at RSPCA Macclesfield, South East Cheshire & Buxton Branch. She is the friendliest, most fantastic personality you could ever hope to meet and she is looking for a retirement home. She seems to be in great health, although she hasn't been spayed yet (this will be done asap) and will be looking for a neutered pal (male) over the age of 3 or 4 as she is still sprightly and full of life! Violet would be best suited to a home as a house bunny as that is how she is living in foster and she is very much keen to continue!
