Timmy, 5yrs, Sunderland

Timmy is a 5 year old Netherland Dwarf at Pawz for Thought. He had some urine burns on his legs when he first came in which have cleared up nicely and is suffering for a little arthritis. Despite this, he is full of life and enjoys binkying around the garden. He is quite confident and is not scared of cats, in fact he will quite happily go over and check them out! He has a funny little character and if he is not happy with something he will give you a little grunt to let you know. A loveable old man looking for a retirement home to spend his forever days.

Echo is a 5 year old buck at Cuddly Critters. He came into rescue through no fault of his own.

Betty is a 6 year old doe at Buddies Bunny Rescue. She's been spayed and is looking for her husbun.

Pancake & Butch, 6yrs, Middlesex

Pancake and Butch are both 6 years old at RSPCA North West Middlesex. Butch (the agouti) and Pancake (the chinchilla) have been together for a while now and they have become such a sweet ‘couple’ who snuggle up together when it’s cold and give each other a wash in parts they can’t reach themselves. Butch is a cool rabbit with lots of personality; he is a big lazy oaf who spends most of the day just chilling out but occasionally will have a burst of energy and run full speed to the top of the garden and back again. He is easily approached and happy being stoked and will take food from your hand. Pancake is quite an independent rabbit; she likes to do her own thing and will happily potter around the garden to see what’s going on. She will occasionally hop over to see you but will soon be on her way again to see what else she can find. She is a bit better about being picked up than Butch but still isn’t desperately keen on it.

Lola, 7yrs, Essex

Lola is a 7 year old Netherland Dwarf doe at Cuddly Critters. She is a little hormonal but fine once settled. She came to rescue as her owner is moving abroad.

Annie and Astin are a senior pair at Rabbit Residence Rescue. Annie is the Dutch and she is 8 years old, Astin is a Dutch x Lionhead and he is 5 years old.

Penny & Storm, 6 & 4yrs, West Midlands

 

Penny (left) and Storm (right) are a bonded pair at Fat Fluffs. Penny is a friendly little girl, she is braver than Storm and quicker to investigate new things. She has a beautiful long mane which we sadly had to clipper because it had grown very matted so her new family will have to comb it for her to help keep it knot free. Storm is a shy but friendly bun. On first introduction to the garden he was a little uncertain but soon found his paws and was bouncing around seeing what Penny was up to. He is a little overweight at the moment but with a good diet and plenty of exercise he will soon shift the few excess lbs.
