Manuka is a 5 year old boy at
Animal Rescue & Care. Manuka came into rescue with several other single rabbits after their owner sadly died. He’s a gorgeous boy who is friendly and fairly easy to handle. Manuka is a little bit overweight, so he’s on a diet to get him back into shape. (It’s really bad for rabbits to get fat as they become unable to clean their bottoms. This can make them very dirty and sore and at risk of fly strike which is fatal.) We’re really pleased that Manuka is loving his hay and tucking in really well and getting fitter.
